President's Message

Welcome Tim Sheahan, GSMOL President

On behalf of the GSMOL Board of Directors, I want to welcome you to our website.  While it provides some valuable information to non-members, such as our Internet newsletter, the GSMOLMOBILIZER, the majority of content is accessible only within a “members only” area. 

The members’ section is a constantly changing informational resource library and networking zone.  In it, members find valuable tools for helping protect their way of life.  As is often said, “Knowledge is Power” and information available in the Members Area helps inform and educate members to gain more power in dealing with challenges that arise.  Members will be able to access a growing resource library of information meant to provide self-help “Roadmaps to Success” on a variety of topics.

Members can refer to our “Who’s Who directory of volunteer leaders to determine who to contact for help.   GSMOL Chapter officers and volunteer leaders will be able to participate in our “Inner Circle Forum,” an Internet brainstorming and problem-solving arena. 

Membership in GSMOL should be thought of as a form of insurance to help protect the value of a member’s investment and lifestyle and at $20 per year for membership, we feel this form of insurance is a good bargain and vital protection for all homeowners living in manufactured housing communities.
