Golden State Manufactured-home Owners Education Fund (The Ed Fund).
As a part of Giving Tuesday, we are asking for your help!

As many of you already know, GSMOL is funded almost entirely by memberships. During this season of giving, the Ed Fund has graciously offered to match ANY size donation, made to either GSMOL or The Ed Fund, dollar-for-dollar, up to $4,000. That means the money you donate will be doubled. Wow! What a great gift to give.
As a reminder, both membership dues and donations are spent on:
Representing you in our State Capital. Lobbying aggressively for things like Park Manager Training, a Statewide Rent Cap, and other issues, important to our members.
Educating homeowners about their rights. Utilizing our Corporate Counsel and Leadership Team to educate you and your neighbors on how best to defend your rights within your park, and at the city, county, and state levels.
