GSMOL Leadership Training Resources
This collection of resources for leadership learning and training is managed by the GSMOL Leadership Training Committee, with the hope that leaders and prospective leaders will find here the help they need for knowledge and leadership skills.
Many of these are found elsewhere on the website, and are gathered here for convenience.
GSMOL’s training program is intended to be flexible. We don’t dictate specific methods for teaching new leaders, or for how leaders should interact with members, although if someone wants a more formal program we can provide it. Regardless of whether a new leader is trained by self-study of the various resources, mentoring by an existing leader, workshops, experience, or all of the above, we hope that this collection will be useful.
