JoAnne Ventre, Vice President at Large

I became a member of GSMOL in 2020 shortly after moving to Bonita Hills Estates, a 131 unit manufactured home park in San Diego County. After resurrecting my park’s resident association, I established and was elected as president of our GSMOL Chapter.  It has been a very steep learning curve for me as I became a member of the Legislative Committee, Legislative Action Team, and The Californian Team.  In addition to my role as the Regional Manager for GSMOL Region 7 (San Diego), ZONE D in March 2024 I joined the board to complete the term of Vice President at Large.

In my professional life I was a fierce and successful advocate for children and families, especially those living in underserved communities.   I am now directing my passion and broad experience working with education, government, business, and social service organizations to improve the quality of life for my fellow mobile home residents
