New GSMOL chapter in Ramona Terrace Community

A new GSMOL chapter (Chapter 1128) was formed in Ramona at the Ramona Terrace Community mobilehome park. Approximately 25 GSMOL members attended the meeting, and officers were elected.
At the March 22, 2014 meeting the officers were sworn in by Frankie Bruce, Region Manager of Region 7 in Zone D (far right). The officers are (second from right to left): Alex Belisario, President; John Gurley, Vice President; Claudia Sider, Secretary; and Donna Gentz-Wallis, Treasurer. As a result of the formation of the new GSMOL Chapter, the 1212 H Street Resident Owners Association was formed at Ramona Terrace Community on April 24, 2014, and was registered with the State on July 17, 2014.
The new Chapter and Resident Owners Association look forward to working together to insure the park remains a 55+ community. The Chapter officers gratefully acknowledge the support that Frankie Bruce generously provided through her insightful guidance and depth of knowledge during this formative period (especially for attending a challenging Q&A session while recovering from pneumonia!).
