It depends upon the park rules, which the park management must also follow.  If management allows subleasing, then the homeowners may sublease and management is also allowed to rent out homes that the park owns.   If management does not allow subleasing, then management is not allowed to rent out homes that the park owns. This law was added to the MRL in 2021 by AB 861, which GSMOL sponsored.  Homeowners may always sublease in the case where the homeowner must be out of their home for medical reasons as per MRL 798.73.5.
