The “Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program” (MRLPP), was set up by AB 3066, which was authored by by Assemblymember Mark Stone and sponsored by GSMOL. AB 3066, passed in 2018, established an enforcement system for violations of the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL), found at California Civil Code 798, et seq.
