When will the CA State Senate’s MRL handbook be translated? There is great demand for Spanish, Vietnamese and other languages.

The MRL Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), which are a part of the Handbook, are now available in Spanish and Vietnamese thanks to GSMOEF (Golden State Manufactured-home Owners Education Fund), GSMOL’s partner non-profit that specializes in MH owner education. These can be downloaded from the GSMOL website under Resources tab, Forms and Resources sub-tab. The English version is available there as well.
