Park Owners will pay an annual fee of $10.00 for each space in their park. They are allowed to pass this fee on to homeowners. Therefore, homeowners can be charged $10.00 per year (about 83 cents a month). This amount will be shown as a separate line item on the monthly rent statement, and shall not be included in the base rent amount. Homeowners should think of this as an inexpensive and affordable cost of “insurance” that gives them access to legal services and a way to fight back against park owner abuses.
