About Dave

Dave Loop is an attorney who lives in Aptos, California. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and securities law for nonprofit corporations. After becoming a homeowner in Aptos Knoll MHP in 2003, Dave helped organize the community and assisted with legal aspects of the Park purchase by a resident-created nonprofit corporation. Since April 2013, he has been GSMOL’s VP for Resident-Owned MH Communities. Dave consults with MHP resident groups, affordable housing advocates and local government in cities and counties around California. He is the author of many published articles on the resident acquisition and operation of manufactured-home communities.
