HCD’s Fee and Tax Waiver Program, Register Your Mobilehome California, helps mobilehome owners waive back fees and taxes, making it possible to obtain homeownership and title to their home. 

 

More Than $1 Million Waived! Since 2017, this program helped waive more than $1 million in back-due registration fees and taxes; however the program is set to expire in December 2019. Mobilehome owners interested in the program should start the application process as soon as possible. The program has processed over 1,000 applications and has helped waive a total of $1 million since its start date in 2017!
