GSMOL Convention 2016 – Friday

10:00AM – 5:00 PM     Convention Registration Open (Lobby); Homeowner Groups, Goods & Services Expo (Hallways)

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM     Flag Salute and Welcome (Captain’s Room)

1:45 PM – 5:00 PM     Breakout Sessions – three rooms with three sessions in each (Delta, Port, and Atlantis Rooms).  Ten minute break between each session.  Presenters include Bruce Stanton on “MRL 101”, David Loop on converting your park to resident ownership, Victor Roy on membership-boosting strategies, Stephanie Reid on “Why Good Bills Don’t Get Passed”, Don Hart on “How to Fight Large Predatory Park Owner Corporations”,  Ernie Strobel on EJS’s GSMOL Member Benefits, Jim Allenbaugh (Realtor) on Manufactured Home Marketing & Sales, and a presentation on Disaster Response by the Fire Department.

Attendees eat dinner on their own (there is a Denny’s across the parking lot from the hotel) and spend the evening as they may wish.  A good time to get to know GSMOL leaders, guest presenters and fellow homeowners from around the state!
